Dear All,

Additionally, it is an exception to policy for UCSD to reimburse 
rental car insurance and ONLY when the driver has no other option. 
So please let your visitors know that they need to use either

A personal automobile insurance policy
OR
A personal credit card

Better yet, your visitor can contact  Balboa Travel via email at 
ucsdtrvl@balboa.com and UCSD's Alliance Agency

These agencies can provide hotel, train and auto rental information 
at no cost.
